Heatman
Which one would you be comfortable working with between a laptop and PC? What could be your reason for choosing a PC over a laptop and vice versa? For me, I would prefer to work with a laptop because of its portable nature and my work requires moving around. Maxwell
I make use of both a laptop and PC. They both work well for my needs. I use my PC at home and make use of my laptop off my home when I go out for work.
OneProcess
I like the flexibility of using a laptop. I don't like to be stuck working or browsing the internet in one place so I think that the ease of movability a laptop offers is great as it means that you are able to work from anywhere. I do sometimes use PC when in the office at work but I am not a fan of it.
GuiltySpark
I'm a PC kind of person because even though there are obvious benefits to laptops (being able to move around), I think having a solid PC is the better option as you can do more and the performance will be better. I also think that having a PC is fun because you get to upgrade them when things start getting slow or don't function anymore.
Serialised
I would say I am a laptop person over a PC but that may just be because all I have is a laptop so I am not used to using a PC. I think that for what I use computers for I don't really need to run a high spec PC.
ByteAndChew
I'm more of a PC person myself because I think that PCs can never be beaten by laptops because of the overall performance you can get out of them. I like to play around with my PC and upgrade it and see how I can push it to the limits. If nothing else, it makes for a fun side project so it's PC all day for me. Rampage
PCs are much better than laptops for most things I think but I can see laptops being better for people that are constantly on the go and need something lightweight to take around with them. I think it comes down to preference and to be fair, a laptop is probably nicer to use for longer periods.
