I have tried contacting Twitter Support several times over the past few months regarding this issue, but without luck. It seems Twitter has given up trying to support people that use Twitter.
The problem occurs mostly for business or brand accounts. When you have more than one Twitter account associated with a phone number.
Did anyone find a workaround here?

Yes it seems like they don't want people to use Twitter.
