Someone has told me that when they try to send emails to my email address which is hosted by thexyz, they get the following error:
5.6.0 Lone CR or LF in headers (see RFC2822 section 2.2)
Is this a problem that needs to be addressed? Is there anything that can be done so these people can send me messages again?

It apparently has to do with the senders spam filter malforming the message headers making it non-compliant to RFC standards. Unfortunately its not anything that can be solved here, but I have no idea what would have changed on that side to cause the malformed messages.
We have been receiving so many reports that we updated our status page: https://www.thexyz.com/account/serverstatus.php
Is it because the external senders do not have SPF?
Or is it a particular spam filtering service that is blocking this?
It is not because of SPF. It seems that Iron Port is the common denominator.
